Plans and engine coverage
The free plan runs 2 AI engines per check; paid plans run all 5 (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok). Higher tiers add more brands, more monthly audits, and features like content briefs, monitoring schedules, and integrations. The Pricing page has the current, authoritative breakdown.
Audit limits
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of audits/prompts. On-demand runs count against it; if you reach the limit you'll see an upgrade prompt. This cap exists so your usage — and the AI cost behind it — stays predictable.
Changing your plan
Manage your subscription from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get the extra engines and allowance right away. For enterprise needs (SSO, custom integrations, multi-brand portfolios) or regulated verticals, reach out at hello@pondral.com.
