Pondral is an AI visibility platform. It measures how well brands appear in AI answer engines and provides actionable strategies to improve that visibility.
We measure how brands show up in AI answers, score it, and tell you what to fix. That turns a channel most teams can't see into one they can track.
The thesis
For twenty years, SEO meant watching keyword rankings. That made sense when search was ten blue links and a click. It makes much less sense when an AI gives the customer a synthesized answer, sometimes citing you, sometimes not.
Ranking for a keyword no longer answers the real question: when an assistant answers your customer, what does it say about you? That's what we measure. And, increasingly, what we help you fix.
The team
I started Pondral after watching brand teams burn months on SEO dashboards while AI assistants quietly rerouted their customers to competitors. The old answer was "rank for keywords." The new question is what ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok actually say when someone asks about your category. Pondral makes that measurable.
