What we shipped.
Release notes, engine coverage updates, methodology changes.
Password reset, smoother signup, full-tier first audit
Built the account password-reset flow, made plan selection carry through signup to checkout reliably, and onboarding now preselects your full tier engine set — a new paid account's first analysis runs all five engines from day one.
14-day trials, prompt caps, four new comparison pages
Paid plans now start with a 14-day trial: a card is required at signup and you can cancel any time before the trial ends at no charge. Prompt tracking is capped at 10 prompts per brand on every tier. Added comparison pages for Trakkr, Athena HQ, Rankscale, and HubSpot's AEO Grader.
Updated pricing
New plan pricing: SMB $149/mo, Growth $449/mo, Agency $999/mo, with annual billing at 15% off. Signup now includes explicit Terms of Service consent.
Status page, help center, on-demand audits
Launched the public status page (/status) with live engine-health probes, a customer help center (/help) with how-to guides, a Run-audit-now button on the monitoring dashboard, and a brand switcher that scopes every dashboard tab to one brand — plus undo for accidental brand removal.
Grounding enforced on every engine
Through June we moved the ChatGPT adapter to forced web search on every query and the Gemini adapter to forced Google Search grounding, with tripwires that flag any ungrounded response instead of silently scoring it. Free-checker reliability fixes mean all selected engines return scores instead of dropping out mid-run.
Audit finalize transaction repair
Patched the JSON encoding on the finalize_audit_metrics RPC. 18 prior audit runs had failed to write their aeo_score. New runs now persist the run-level score and the per-engine breakdown cleanly.
Grok 4 support
Added support for xAI's Grok 4 across all engines, with historical baselining supported for new workspaces.
Linear & Asana integration
Convert any gap into a tracked task with one click. Available on Growth and Agency.
Citation link detection improvements
Improved owned-domain matching so citations to subdomains and www-prefixed URLs are correctly credited to your domain.
Published methodology v2 with five-factor rubric
Methodology v2 ships with the five-factor rubric (Presence, Prominence, Context, Citation Link, Competitive Presence). Scores are the mean of one graded response per (query, engine) pair. Repeated sampling across independent trials is available on request. Inter-rater agreement statistics, multi-run averaging by default, and confidence intervals are tracked on the methodology v3 roadmap.
